What are your shipping policies?
I post within 3-5 business days for all items and use Royal Mail. I send Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, which usually takes 2 business days. For big parcels I use ParcelForce.
Do you offer International shipping?
Yes I do. I post all my artwork worldwide. However, I am unable to ship wildlife materials overseas such as my bone- and taxidermy jewelry/art. Anything which requires export declarations, permits, and Fish and Wildlife fees and inspection will not be accepted as an international order at this time.
I use Royal Mail to post internationally, which usually takes 7-14 business days. I send the items International signed and tracked.
Will I pay custom charges?
If you are receiving a parcel from outside the United Kingdom it may incur Customs charges. Charges are the liability of the customer. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs when sending abroad.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. As I have a fulltime job next to creating art, finishing a custom order can take up to 2-4 weeks. I am able to post 2-3 times a week and you will receive a shipping notification when your order has been sent, and items should arrive within 2-3 working days, internationally it will take 7-14 days. I do ask a small deposit before doing a custom order to cover the cost of materials needed.
Items will be safely packed in bubble wrap or tissue paper and will be sent tracked and signed.

How will my information be used?
Your details - address, email and bank details will only be used to complete your order and will not be passed on to any third parties.
Are your items handmade?
All my products are handmade unless stated otherwise, there might be some color difference in my work and shown on the photo. I make photos with the best possible light I have and don't use filters. I don't use clay moulds or 3D printers, I use my hands and own imagination.
Where do you source the animals and their remains from?
Often the animals are sadly killed on the road or by natural predators. They all come from different places such as the woods, roads, even my back garden sometimes! I make it a priority to NEVER buy from poachers, hunters or people who are disrespectful to the environment or animals. I love animals with a passion, even after they have lived. The remains I use are all ethically sourced. None of the animals are killed for the purpose of making art.
How do I look after my pieces?
Especially with mixed media pieces such as canvases, it is recommended to keep them out of direct sunlight. Any dust can be carefully wiped with a damp cloth. For skull mounts, carefully dust with a dry cloth.
What should I do if my order arrives and is incorrect or damaged?
I only accept returns and will refund for damaged goods upon arrival on the condition that I would like to have photographic evidence. Postage of returns is at buyer's costs. (See the return policy for processing times) If damage happens afterwards, I am not responsible. If something is wrong, please message me as soon as possible, I'm always happy to find a solution with you. I don't accept returns on sale items, custom orders and earrings; this is due to hygienic reasons.
